Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped out once or twice a week, typically Wednesdays and Fridays, depending on work load. I am a one lady show, after all!

If your item says delivered, but has not arrived, please contact your local post office. Stickers are not tracked unless tracked shipping is purchased within the same order.

Any and all "return to sender" packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure, or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship. 

Everything in my online store is made to order. Every piece of art is handcrafted, which takes time. Please allow up to 5-8 weeks for creation. This ensures your piece gets extra love, I am one person, and I am not Amazon. Please be patient with me! These times DO NOT INCLUDE ship times.

Standard US Shipping: Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

If a package is lost in the mail it is the customer's responsibility to contact their post office. If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a report with your local post office before contacting us and send proof of the report. Replacement of stolen or lost packages is judged on a case-to-case basis. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.

If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, Vibrant Venom is not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing address.
